Mr. Shibu Aboobacker, Managing Director of AL-FAS® Group of Companies had moved up in the building materials trading industry as the top leader in almost 20 years. While undergoing his graduation he had a deep desire to be independent and a flair passion for business. Supported by his colleagues, he started M/s Falcon Tours and Travels at Manglapuram in the year 1996. Foreseeing the huge demand in the field of building materials trading industry, he started M/s Falcon Glass Palace at Mangalapuram, in the year 1999, as a small retail division with just three staff. This particular start up venture is still running by the name M/s A.S Traders. Initial years of Falcon Glass Palace were really tough and competitive. Mr. Shibu himself had travelled many lakhs of kilometres in his bike to market different products. His dedication and hardwork has bagged him the South Kerala distributorship of Bombay Burma Trading Corporation, which was one of the leading Mica Manufactures, for their brands Foremica, Sunmica.
